Operations
Maintenance is the key to providing safe and reliable ground transportation
service. Our operations staff is employed with experienced personnel
to maintain our equipment. Vehicle inspection logs are reviewed
on a daily basis. If any problems are found they are taken care
of immediately. The California Highway Patrol conducts annual inspection
of our entire operation and they do random visits. The operations
team uses the latest in communication equipment: Motorola Pagers,
Nextel two-way radios, cellular phones and Global Positioning Systems
to assist our chauffeurs in providing the Worry-Free, On-Time
ground transportation service our clients deserve.
Nationwide Reservations
Our reservation staff is the best in the business at ensuring that
all our clients needs are met. The team understands that it is very
important not to just take the order, but to listen as well as educate

Chauffeurs
All of our chauffeurs are professionally trained. They are required
to complete an extensive training course within 60 days of hire.
The program includes pre-trip inspections, safe-driving techniques,
and emergency procedures, grooming and customer relations. The program
is taught by a member of the management team and includes 7 videos.
Also, they go through extensive drug and alcohol testing, criminal
background and DMV checks.
