Procedures for Domestic and International Arrivals



Domestic Arrivals
  • All private reservations for "Domestic Arrivals" will be met in baggage claim. The chauffeur will greet you at the airline baggage claim area with a welcome sign displaying your name.

International Arrivals
  • All private and shared reservations for "International Arrivals" will be met at the custom's gate. The chauffeur will greet you at the airline return gate with a welcome sign displaying your name.
  • $10.00 fee for international.

Extra Stops
  • For clients on Departures or Arrivals there is an additional charge of $10.00 for an extra stop in the same city, within a radius of 5 miles. No extra stops on a shared reservation, considering there will be another client riding to or from the airport.

Waiting Time
  • No charge for the first 15 minutes at the Departure pick-up. After 15 minutes you will be charged at our half-hour rate.

  • Does not apply to Limousine or Charter Services.

Early Bird
  • An additional $20.00 charge between the hours of Midnight and 4:30 A.M., for all airport Arrivals and Departures.

Cancellation, No Show Policy
  • There is a "3 Hours Prior" cancellation policy in effect for all Departure and Arrival reservations. Our office needs to be notified 3 hours prior, for non-cancellations there will be a full charge to either the passenger or company.

Smoking
  • New Century Transportation, Inc. entire fleet is non-smoking. If during an event the client needs to smoke, our chauffeurs have been instructed to find a safe area to allow our client to do so.
